All products have a 7 day money back guarantee – However, products should not be used at all. All wheels are inspected before delivery and have been photographed to assure condition. 

If an exchange or refund would like to be made before the purchased item is used, customer will have to provide item in original condition, in original packaging, with the invoice, within 7 days of purchase date, as well as no tyre should have been fitted on the wheels. All transport costs shall be borne by the client in case of returned goods for items correctly supplied.

Damages to wheels due to negligent driving or bad roads will not be held accountable by us.

      You must provide to us the:

• returned goods (post) - with tags attached;

• invoice and

• the payment details (refunds can only be paid to the credit card used at purchase).

• *For change of mind you must pay the postage costs or arrange return to us.

       When returning goods please ensure;

• All items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original condition. No scratches, Including tags, boxes, casing, etc.

• Please do not tape or mark the original boxes.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
  Please note that exchange requests are not held. We suggest placing a new order for the new item to avoid missing out and requesting a refund for the returning item.
